These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flagged, a mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Flagged Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. It's incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your country or state of residence.
We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use the Services. If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will suspend or delete that account.
To use the Services, you must create an account using a valid email address and password, or by signing in through a supported third-party provider (currently Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your profile, and to keep it up to date. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else, impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity, age, or any information on your profile.
You may pause your account's visibility to other users at any time, or permanently delete your account, from the app's Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile and photos from our active systems; some information may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy, including for safety, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes.

We provide in-app tools to Report and Block other users. Using these tools does not guarantee any particular outcome, but every report is reviewed.
"User Content" means anything you submit to the Services, including your profile information, photos, bio, green flags, red flags, deal breakers, and messages (including text and voice messages) sent to other users.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and transmit that content as necessary to operate and provide the Services to you and the users you interact with (for example, showing your profile photos to a match, or delivering your messages to the recipient).
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not violate these Terms, any law, or the rights of any third party.
We may remove User Content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful, at our discretion, without prior notice.
Flagged is a platform for meeting new people. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the Services, including at any in-person meeting arranged as a result of using the Services.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We encourage you to review the safety guidance available in the app (Settings > Dating Safety Tips), including meeting in public places, telling a trusted friend or family member about your plans, and trusting your own judgment.
We do not conduct criminal background checks on users and cannot guarantee the identity, age, or intentions of any user. Exercise caution and good judgment when interacting with anyone you meet through the Services.
We provide tools that allow you to Report a user, Block a user, or Unmatch from a user, each with different effects as described in the app. Blocking prevents mutual visibility and communication going forward. Unmatching removes a match without a report and without blocking future visibility. Reports are reviewed and may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of the reported account, at our discretion.
We may, but are not obligated to, monitor or review User Content, including messages, for violations of these Terms. Voice messages are not automatically scanned for content in the same way text is; our Report and Block tools remain available for any content, in any format, that violates these Terms.
The Services, including our name, logo, branding, design, software, and all content we create (excluding User Content), are owned by Flagged Ltd or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account, at our discretion, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in conduct that harms other users or the Services, or for any other reason, with or without notice.
You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including User Content licensing for content already shared with other users, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY MATCH, CONVERSATION, OR MEETING ARRANGED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL BE SAFE, SUCCESSFUL, OR SUITABLE FOR YOU.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLAGGED LTD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY INTERACTION WITH ANOTHER USER, WHETHER ONLINE OR IN PERSON. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, OR FOR FRAUD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flagged Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your interactions with other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
